ITS Partner with Intuitive to Supply Print Management Dashboards
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Intuitive, producers of business intelligence tools that are easy to use, quick to install and provide superior analysis capabilities.
Data visualisation tools provider, Intuitive, are delighted to announce a partnership agreement with iTS, the largest European PaperCut Authorised Solution Centre, to make Intuitive dashboards available to their channel partners.
With this partnership in place, ITS is authorised to supply and support its resellers with Intuitive for PaperCut MF, a pre-integrated business intelligence solution which is delivered with a complete set of standard configurations. The solution can be delivered and enabled within a single day at a significantly reduced cost and with superior analysis capabilities when compared with comparable Business Intelligence solutions.
The configured dashboards deliver significant value to both the IT department and to other stakeholders within the organisation who have an interest in understanding how printers and MFDs are being used by the wider user population:
Intuitive dashboards provide an essential value-added layer to illustrate if print management cost reduction policies are effective.
With the latest available usage data for multi-function devices, users can clearly see where print demand is coming from, leading to shorter & more effective decision cycles.
The dashboards show the volume of CO2 produced as well as the paper & electricity consumed by printing so are ideal for communicating environmental impact to all print users.
Regular monthly reporting is automated and personalised for different budget holders.
The dashboards offer flexibility to view data from the entire organisation or can be filtered to show data of interest (e.g. for one or more departments, for one or more print groups, for one or more groups of printers etc.).
