They fully appreciate how important it is for you to be able to keep your customers informed on the progress of their order so once submitted, they will send you a confirmation email and keep you fully abreast of progress so you always know at which stage your order is at. If your order includes hardware our fulfilment team will also send you a dispatch note listing the courier used and a tracking number and will fully investigate on your behalf should there be any delays to delivery.
Our internal standards mean that all orders are processed quickly and efficiently and if any information is missing that is required to complete the order they will verify this with you as soon as possible ensuring there is no delay in service to your customers.
