iTS have certified engineers based in each of our offices in the UK, USA, the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Spain, as well as in Russia, Poland, Turkey, Serbia and the Nordics so we are perfectly placed to provide installation services across the whole of Europe and the Americas.
Many of our solutions can also be installed remotely, removing the need for a physical visit, but where required, you can be assured that all of our installation engineers have been awarded a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate.
Once an order is received our technical service team will liaise with you, and if required, directly with your client, to explain what is required for the installation to take place, the training that will be conducted, and schedule suitable dates. They will also ensure that any required hardware is prepared and delivered in time for the scheduled installation to take place. Once everything is agreed, they will then arrange a final conference call with all parties to confirm the plan for installation and what will be conducted on the scheduled installation day(s) to ensure the installation is carried out smoothly.
