The KUARIO MFP Kiosk app offers users a great way of mobile printing straight from their smartphone. When scanning a QR code on the MFP display, the smartphone becomes an intelligent hub where all available documents can be printed directly at the MFP. These documents can be locally stored or from any cloud storage service such as OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox. Once the print job is sent via the smartphone, it immediately shows on the MFP display where it can be adjusted if required before completing the payment for printing.

Guest Printing: As a library is a public environment with many visitors, guests can choose the 'guest printing' function to scan these QR codes on the MFPs with their smartphones or tablets. This enables the ideal self-service printing solution that is safe and easy to use for all guests and KUARIO users.

Mobile payments on the go: Available for both Android and iOS smartphones, users can pay via the free KUARIO mobile app on the go wherever they are. MFP Print: The print job follows the user to any multifunction printer, known as follow-you print, so that documents can be printed via any smart device or computer and collected wherever it is most convenient.

MFP Copy: Whether it is in color or black and white, single-sided or double-sided, copying documents is made simple with the latest technologies. Easily enter the number of copies you would like and once paid, the copy order will be printed.

MFP Scan: With an integrated scanning solution, the user can scan documents, choose the file format in which the scan job is delivered such as PDF, OCR or various image formats and after payment, it will be emailed or uploaded.

MFP Pay: Every print, copy or scan job must be paid for before it is delivered. This is available online or via the KUARIO mobile app, with multiple payment methods such as PayPal, so that any user without a KUARIO account can also pay for it.
