Key updates to KUARIO Manager and the KUARIO App

We are pleased to announce the newest updates and enhancements to the KUARIO product. This release introduces significant advancements in invoicing and reporting, providing operators and administrators with a more transparent and expedited perspective on essential information.

KUARIO Manager

New: Invoice Consolidation

Various rates from a merchant's contract are now combined into a single line per period, so payment statements fit on one clear page and amounts are visible at a glance.

New: Clearing Report

A new disbursement report is now available, alongside a new clearing report for improved financial outpayment insight.

New: Setting Groups

Simplify configuration management for large KUARIO outlet deployments.

New: Expanded Terminal and Export Capabilities

Site Admins can now request and read logfiles and update terminals. Node Name, Node ID, and Created date have been added to PDF and CSV export reports. HPT25 MAC-addresses and serial numbers are now searchable in the Outlet Wizard and terminal overview.

New: Settlement Status in Transaction Report

The settlement status of a payment is now visible directly in the transaction report.

In addition, this release includes several fixes and improvements around transaction reporting, timestamp accuracy, tenant creation, and VAT configuration.

KUARIO App

New: Automated Refund Process

When a wallet balance refund fails, users can now enter their details directly in the app or user portal to complete the transfer. What was previously a lengthy manual process involving our service desk and administration is now fully automated, which is a major step forward for users, support, and our finance department.

New: VAT Line on QR Receipt

A total VAT line has been added to the QR receipt page for clearer payment breakdowns.

New: Combined Wallet View

Wallets with the same scope are now grouped together in the home slider.

New: User Onboarding

New users are now guided to select their language, country, and currency at first login.

New: Print Upload Indicator

A live upload speed indicator now shows users what is happening during print uploads.

This release also includes a number of fixes improving scrollability, display consistency, and locker button behaviour on the home page.
